Please follow these steps to complete your registration
IMPORTANT: Your registration is not confirmed until all of the below steps are complete. Please DO NOT book your flights until your registration has been confirmed.
1. Fill out the registration form and make a deposit below.
2. If you have not done so already, please complete our Intake form: https://www.odysseypbc.com/intake-form
3. We will send you a link to schedule a screening call within 24-48 hours of your registration. This call is a required step in our intake process.
4. If your registration is confirmed through our intake process, you will receive an email from us letting you know. At that point your position in the retreat is secure, and you can proceed to booking transportation.
If we determine you are not a good fit for a retreat with us at this time, we will refund your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before session date: full refund minus $500 administrative and processing fee
15-29 days before session date: 50% refund
0-14 days before session date: 0% refund
Transfer Policy
30+ days before session date: No transfer fee, though there may be a price adjustment depending on the retreat selected
15-29 days before session date: No transfer fee if we are able to fill
your spot; otherwise, a 50% transfer fee applies
0-14 days before session date: Transfers are not permitted
Arrival Policy
To preserve the safety, continuity, and integrity of the group experience, participants are required to arrive no later than the published retreat start date and time.
If a participant is unable to arrive by the published retreat start date and time for any reason, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
Travel Insurance
Because retreat payments become partially or fully non-refundable as the retreat date approaches, Odyssey strongly recommends that participants purchase travel insurance to protect their prepaid, non-refundable retreat and travel costs.
Following acceptance into a retreat, participants will receive Odyssey's recommended travel insurance options, along with guidance on when coverage should be purchased.
Depending on the policy selected and the reason for cancellation, travel insurance may reimburse eligible non-refundable retreat costs and other covered travel expenses. Participants are responsible for reviewing their policy terms, observing any applicable purchase deadlines, and confirming their coverage with their insurance provider.

| Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto. All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service. |
