4 Registration

If you have any issues with this registration form, please call Crystal at (971) 319-9213 for assistance.

Please follow these steps to complete your registration

IMPORTANT: Your registration is not confirmed until all of the below steps are complete. Please DO NOT book your flights until your registration has been confirmed.

1. Fill out the registration form and make payment below.
2. If you have not done so already, please complete our Intake form: https://www.odysseypbc.com/intake-form
3. We will review your intake form and, if you are a good candidate for the retreat, schedule a call to finalize the intake process.
4. If your registration is confirmed through our intake process, you will receive an email from us letting you know. At that point your position in the retreat is secure, and you can proceed to booking transportation.

If we determine you are not a good fit for a retreat with us at this time, we will refund your deposit.

15-29 days before session date: 50% refund
